Intelligent Information Management System – i-TRUSS

Intelligent information management is a set of processes that enables organizations to organize, manage and understand all types of data.

i-TRUSS is built on open-source, low-code application development framework and developed as a portfolio of interconnected micro services (independently deployable, maintainable, modular services, somewhat like ‘Digital Lego’ blocks).

It combines Business Process Automation capabilities (BPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with full featured Enterprise Content Management (ECM) functionality managing People, Process, Content, Sensor / IOT devices, Remote Field resources & Data in a single platform. This is deployable both in ‘Cloud’ or ‘On Premise’.

The micro services of i-Truss are the following:

Intelligent Data Capture (i-Truss- Capture) :

  • Automatically captures hard contents as paper documents and any form of existing digital contents like emails, photographs, sensor / machine data, audio and video files, remote field data.
  • Classify important business documents
  • Validate and extract critical information, and then update necessary business systems.
  • Technologies: OCR, OMR, Bar code Recognition, Single word/phrase recognition, Image identification
 

Business Process Automation & Workflow Manager ( i-Truss- Process) :

  • Orchestrate and optimize the actions, procedures, rules and metrics needed to achieve operational success based on BPMN® 2.0 process models.
  • Automate existing business processes (without any hard coding) or automatically trigger new ones, whether content driven, transactional and repetitive.
  • Process owner or business decision makers can take control with simple drag-and-drop configuration
  • Monitoring and Analytics: Real time visibility in process operation using insights to decide the best path to optimize process. Integrated with JIFFY Forms, this can help activities like field service management and providing repair / maintenance assistance for field technicians, case analysis and resolution.
 

Robotic Process Automation ( i-TRUSS-RPA) :

  • Automates any business process which is definable, repeatable and rules-based can be automated. This is done by assigning software robot to manage the execution of that process (just as if a person was completing the task themselves).
  • Enhances processing efficiency & accuracy, compliance, cost saving and scalability. Advanced task scheduling and API capabilities, task recurrence.
  • Automation Types: Unattended (only Robots working, high volume, mundane, repetitive work), Attended (Robots guide users through their business process), Fusion (humans and robots interact as needed to execute the process end-to-end)
  • Connectivity monitoring, out of-the-box version control apps, centrally controlled rollback capabilities, testing procedures for application changes and process documentation and audit trails for decisions made.
  • We propose to use technologies as text analytics, image processing, text search, or optical character recognition.
 

Records management (i-TRUSS-Dig Records):

  • Archive, analyze and manage content within the context of a compliant records management environment.
  • Comply with Archival and Records Management norms, like ISO 15489, Dublin Core etc.
  • Single system: This means that a single copy of the document is both the transnational content and a business record.
  • Automatically Declares documents as records, Places events and holds on records, Destroys and purges records from the system
 

Physical Records Management (i-TRUSS-Phy Records):

  • Track, locate and request physical records electronically.
  • Manage physical records alongside electronic documents and records, regardless of record location or format.
  • Enforce uniform retention policies across both physical storage facilities and electronic repositories.
  • Rapidly discover and locate physical record information as it relates to electronic content
 

Document management (i-TRUSS-EDMS)

  • Comprehensive Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for the management of the entire content lifecycle.
  • Document Editing provides thorough check-out and check-in functionalities, exclusive editing access to a document and advanced document versioning.
  • Simple search or a more complex Boolean search, (like Google search) advanced search engines enable fast access. With the use of individual keywords or automatic pre-filled field, it can search the entire database/ library of say more than 10TB in less than a ‘second’.
  • Advanced Image Viewer: Integrated image viewer with a full set of tools to reproduce and enhance the scanned images.
  • Dynamic Workflow & forms Designer: Dynamically design indexing forms and Workflows.
  • Enterprise Filing Plan: Organize enterprise folders and documents following easily manageable, logical structure, pattern-based reusable fi­ling structures with pre-defi­ned attributes.
 

Enterprise File Syncing ,Sharing (i-TRUSS-EFSS):

  • EFSS allows the user to work both online and offline
  • Latest edits will get reflected across all devices once user gets online
  • Supports two-way sync – User can start writing on desktop and save files in the cloud, or make changes to data online and continue modifying them offline.
  • Choose what to sync – User can prioritize and select work files to be synced
  • Customize which folders user wants to see in each device
  • Sync or de-sync any folder or sub-folder without scrambling the order of folder contents
 

Digital Asset Management (i-TRUSS-DAM):

  • This is a comprehensive and automated solution that handles the challenging tasks of media assets creation, publishing, organization, management and archiving.
  • Manage Media Assets supports thumbnail. album and lists, visual display and preview modes for images, Audio and videos. Allow sorting by name, date, color etc. Download original (high resolution) and compressed version (low resolution).
  • Advanced Search allows quick access to digital assets advanced search feature focusing on finding the exact file through Metadata or index search, Keywords Search.
  • Archive Media Assets allows authorized users to move digital assets or collections to an archived state. Archived assets will no longer appear in search results.
  • Create Media Collections organize, classify, collaborate and distribute assets through asset collections.
  • Create and manage events create event by publishing a collection. Manage events by grouping them under projects or themes. Assign user permission on events and event items
 

Enterprise Resource Planning(Entrust ERP):

CADENA enterprise resource planning system is targeted to streamline and improve the efficiency of present operations, while saving time and money. Entrust ERP is a suite of integrated applications that can be used to connect business activities across departments and in the course of implementation, standardization and automation of important business processes shall be done to eliminate manual effort and save time.
